The WomynSpirit Festival is organized on a community, non-profit basis. Each year we work hard, put in lots of hours of volunteer time, engage in fundraisers and invite the community to support the festival in ways that will help make it both accessible and sustainable. Registration fees have consistently been lower than the actual cost of holding the festival, and are very fair on a comparative basis, particularly given the quality of accommodations and meals at the Ecology Retreat Centre.
Fees are based on a cost recovery basis with a small margin to:
· Sustain the festival
· Offer subsidies to promote inclusivity and diversity at the festival
· To support programming for children again in future
· To cover unanticipated expenses and respond to challenges that might arise
If you are able to donate above the cost of registration, those funds will go to supporting the festival and making it more accessible for those in need.

We are happy to offer maiden pricing that has already been subsidized below cost. Maidens (13 - 17) are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult. We regret we are unable to offer children's programming this year. Babes in arms (2 and under) can accompany a parent with no charge. |
Payment Plans & Subsidies
Please note that a payment plan is available if you need it. We will also make some inclusive pricing available for those who cannot afford to register at the full rate even with a payment plan. Payment Plans are available; up to 3 installments can be made. If a payment plan is requested, please indicate this when completing the Registration Form. Inclusive pricing options are available to continue to work to make this festival accessible and may be available at up to a maximum of 50% of the Adult Registration Fee. If inclusive pricing is being requested, please indicate this while completing the registration form. Subsidy requests must be received by September 4th 2026.
Folks with children:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a specific children's program this year. We hope to rebuild the children's program in the future. Youth 13+ are welcome to attend with a guardian, however there will be no special programming and supervision of the accompanying adult will be required. Babes in arms (2 and under) can accompany a parent at no charge.
2026 Policies:
Refund Policy: Payment is non-refundable however, some exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.
Registration period:
Registration will remain open until full, but no later than October 1st. Register early to avoid missing out!
